Crab apples can help with diarrhea, high blood sugar, and some other problems. They taste both sweet and sour and can make you feel less thirsty. However, it's important to be careful and not eat too many because they can cause some issues.
How to Use Crab Apples:
- For watery diarrhea: Boil 10 half-ripe crab apples in water until only half the water is left. In the morning, drink the liquid and eat the apples.
- For stomach pain and diarrhea: Mash 60g of half-ripe crab apples. Boil them and drink a cup of the liquid three times a day.
- For kids with diarrhea: Mash 15 to 30g of crab apples to get the juice. Kids can drink this three times a day.
- For certain men's issues: Cook 30g of dried crab apples until they're a yellow color. Boil them in water and eat at night.
Things to Remember: Eating too many crab apples isn't good because they can block things up inside. If someone already has trouble going to the bathroom, they should avoid crab apples.
