- For dry grapefruit peels: Cut only the outer layer of grapefruit. Dry these peels in the sun.
- For candied grapefruit peels: Boil the outer layer of grapefruit in water for some time. Then, let them dry a little bit in the sun. Mix with sugar to finish.
How to Use
- For queasiness and throwing up: Slowly chew 30 to 60g of candied grapefruit peels, like you would with gum.
- For belly issues in kids: Boil 15g candied grapefruit peels or 3g dry grapefruit peels in water. Drink this like a soup, three times a day. It can help with tummy bloating, hurt, and loose stools.
